PURPOSE: Dumpling containing hemp and a producing method thereof are provided to produce dumpling skins by mixing flour, hemp powder, and rice powder. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of dumpling containing hemp comprises the following steps: mixing 100parts of flour by weight, 10~20parts of hemp powder by weight, 5~15parts of rice powder by weight, 30~50parts of water by weight, and 0.5~1.5parts of salt by weight; kneading the mixture for 5~25minutes; aging the obtained dough for 1~24hours at 3~7deg C; spreading the aged dough, and cutting to obtain dumpling skins; and producing the dumpling using the skins. |
