<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gravure printing press in which a specular printing base material is uniformly released from a gravure plate and printing unevenness does not occur even if transition of ink is not uniformly performed in printing with the gravure plate on which a pattern layer is provided. <P>SOLUTION: The gravure printing press includes an impression roll 4 which is installed in the last unit used in a photogravure method, and whose surface includes a rubber elastomer. Dynamic friction coefficients on the surface of the impression roll is 0.1 to 0.4 and the surface of the rubber elastomer includes a fluororesin.
