PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wake-up device in which awakening is induced by deep breathing, at awakening confirmation of an alarm clock, urging breathing quantity of the deep breathing at the time of the deep breath for awakening after wake-up is indicated, and awakening is urged without fail. SOLUTION: The alarm clock is provided with an air-flow measuring part 1, such as a fan motor, and an LED level indicator 3. The alarm of the alarm clock is deactivated, when wind measured by the air flow measuring part 1 continues at a certain speed or more for a certain period or longer. When no alarm is sounded, the level indicator 3 shows an air-flow level in red color, orange color, yellow color, or green color, when wind measured by the air-flow measuring part 1 is continued at a certain speed or more for a certain period or longer.
