Embodiments of the present invention include a light emitting device package and a lighting system. The light emitting device package according to one embodiment comprises: a package body having a cavity including an open top part; a plurality of lead frames arranged in the cavity of the package body; a light emitting device arranged on at least one lead frame of the lead frames; a resin material within the cavity; and a lens part which is arranged on the package body and the resin material and includes a center portion depressed in the light emitting device direction and circular projections having different radii around the center portion.
