PURPOSE: An insurance system using intellectual property right is provided to enable an insurant to intellectual property right by using insurance from an insurance company. CONSTITUTION: An insurant(10) holds an intellectual property right. An agent server(30) transmits information about the intellectual property right of the insurant. An insurance company(20) determines whether for the insurant to take up insurance through information that is transmitted from the agent server. An intellectual property value evaluation institute(40) evaluates the value of the intellectual property right of the insurant.
