FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: bearing assembly to be installed on journal (6) on the end of axis of railway carriage includes bearing, annular gasket (16) and annular fixture (22). Bearing includes inner ring (32) having rear surface (50) and bore (44) which is open on rear surface. Annular gasket (16) has end surface (72) facing rear surface (50) and bore which is open on rear surface and is made so that fillet (10) can be placed on journal (6); at that, annular gasket (16) has slot (76) open to the bore and in direction of axis. At that, in ring (32) there provided is slot (54) open in axis direction too. Fixture (22) is located in gasket (16) and in ring (32) and overlaps the space between slots (54, 76); at that, annular fixture has ribs (84) protruding to slots (54, 76). Fixture (22) is made from elastic material and with possibility of being deflected towards fillet (10) on which there installed is gasket (16) for formation of barrier for fluid medium with fillet (10). In the second version the bearing assembly includes compensating ring which is located between ring (32) and gasket (16), and fixture (22) is located in gasket (16) and in compensating ring. ^ EFFECT: providing barriers for fluid medium between internal ring of bearing or compensating ring and annular gasket and between annular gasket and fillet. ^ 4 cl, 5 dwg |
