FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of combined feedstuffs for fur animals, in particular rabbits. According to the method grain components of the feedstuff (such as feeding lupine, broad beans and rape) are milled into 0.6Ç0.9 mm particles, sieved, blended with moist grass chop, sunflower cake, wheat offal, defluorinated feed phosphate, chalky flour, a premix; the mixture is stirred till a homogeneous condition, moisturised to a 14Ç16% humidity; the mixture is maintained during 4 hours in a batcher for moisture levelling throughout the volume; then one treats the mixture in a screw expander, the product temperature before the circular clearance equal to 393Ç413 K, the screw rotation frequency - to 5Ç7 s-1 and pressure in the expander pre-matrix area - to 5Ç8 MPa; the mixture is prepared at the following selection of the components ratio wt %: wheat offal - 8.00, feeding lupine - 20.00, broad beans - 20.00, sunflower cake - 20.00, rape - 5.40, moist grass chop - 22.90, defluorinated feed phosphate - 1.20, chalky flour - 1.50, premix - 1.00. ^ EFFECT: method allows to produce high quality feedstuffs with enhanced digestibility, balanced in terms of contents and to reduce prime costs. ^ 2 tbl, 1 ex |
