PURPOSE: A heating film and a heating article comprising the same are provided to have convenience, feeling, and flexibility while having continuous heating under low voltage. CONSTITUTION: In a heating film and a heating article comprising the same, a heating film(1) comprises a base film(11) a heating layer(12). The thickness of a heating part is 1um-10um or 3um - 7um. The heating part or the heating layer is made of a material which is general a carbon nano tube, but is not specially restricted. The heating film including an electrode layer is formed on the heating layer.
