PURPOSE: A jumper capable of enabling users to play and exercise at the same time is provided to offer the muscle strengthening effect to the lower half body of a user, and the abdominal muscle strengthening effect. CONSTITUTION: A jumper comprises the following: an iron ball(6) formed on the edge of a stage body(8) for minimizing the friction and the noise of upper and lower moving rods(4); a vacuum system for supplementing the tensile force of a coil spring(2); a rubber gasket(7) installed on a piston for inserting air into the jumper by shrinking; and a tube(10).
