PURPOSE: An apparatus using a capacitor is provided to maintain a mobile phone operated even when the battery of the mobile phone is replaced by using power charged in the capacitor. CONSTITUTION: A battery charge and discharge power. A capacitor charges the voltage of the battery. A controller supplies the charged voltage of the capacitor to a power terminal in replacing the battery.
