The present disclosure relates to a medical fluid delivery system for on-line production of sterile medical fluid which is free from cytokine inducing substances (CIS) and a module for a medical fluid delivery system capable of removing cytokine inducing substances (CIS) from a medical fluid as well as a process for the production of sterile medical fluid which is free from cytokine inducing substances (CIS).
