MAGNETIC CRANE WITH THE RFID READER

PURPOSE: A magnetic crane with an RFID reader is provided to automatically confirm information on steel materials and efficiently classify and store the steel materials by making the information into a database. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic crane comprises a magnet chuck unit(20), an RFID reader(200), and an RFID reader transfer unit(100). The magnet chuck unit comprises magnet chucks(21) which are connected to a rope of a crane winch to transport steel materials. The RFID reader reads out information from RFID tag mounted on a steel material(30). The RFID reader transfer unit is installed in at least installed one of the magnet chucks and transfers the RFID reader along X, Y, and Z axes to detect the position of the RFID tag mounted on the steel material.
