PURPOSE: A pressure sensor for a piezoresistive-type touch panel and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to vary resistance value according to a pressure on the pressure sensor. CONSTITUTION: A piezoresistive film pattern senses the variation of a resistance value by the pressure variation. A polymer film(26) includes the piezoresistive film pattern. A spacer layer(31) is attached to a single-side of the polymer layer. A bottom substrate(30) is attached to a single-side of the spacer layer.
