PURPOSE: A sunlight shading device for vehicle is provided to prevent a shading member from being inclined or separated from a window even if a vehicle is shaken by securely fixing the top and bottom ends of the shading member. CONSTITUTION: A sunlight shading device(100) for vehicle comprises an upper frame(110), a lower frame(120), and a shading member(130). The upper frame is formed along a window upper frame of a vehicle and has an upper guiderail(112). The lower frame is formed along a window lower frame to correspond to the upper frame and has a lower guiderail(122). The shading member is inflated along the upper and lower frames to shade a window.
