PURPOSE: An exhaust screw of a plastic extrusion molding machine is provided to process waste plastic synthetic resin by high exhaust quantity with low heat emission. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust screw of a plastic extrusion molding machine consists of a first and second stage screws(A,B). The first stage screw is made up of a waste plastic synthetic resin input section(A1), a compression section(A2), a metric section(A3), a mixing section(A4), and a pressure adjusting section(A5). In the compression section, the waste plastic synthetic resin is molten. In the metric section, the waste plastic synthetic resin is mixed and cut up. In the mixing section, the waste plastic synthetic resin is mixed and plasticized. In the pressure adjusting section, the amount of the waste plastic synthetic resin advanced to the exhaust section is controlled. The second step screw is composed of an exhaust section(B1), a sudden change section(B2), and a metric section(B3). In the exhaust section, the moisture and pyrolysate of the waste plastic synthetic resin are ejected from a vent of a cylinder. In the sudden change section, the waste plastic synthetic resin is recompressed. In the metric section, the waste plastic synthetic resin is mixed and cut up. A specific amount of synthetic resin is put into the next facility at constant pressure. |
