FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to orthopedics, and can be used for treating a congenital dislocated hip. That is ensured by the introduction of 0.5 % Marcaine in a patient's epidural space through a catheter at the first stage. The introduction is performed in an intermittent mode every 5 hours in a dose 2-2.5 mg/kg of body weight and stopped after achieving hip reduction in a cotyloid cavity. Thereafter, the patient is treated in an apparatus for congenital dislocated hip. ^ EFFECT: Marcaine introduction in said doses and mode enables cutting time of congenital dislocated hip reduction and avoiding developing ischemic femoral head necrosis due to achieving femoral adductor myoplegia and improving femoral head trophism.
