PURPOSE: A high speed and large scale photon counting x-ray dynamic image sensor of an x-ray dynamic imaging apparatus is provided to embody a large scale X-ray moving picture by arranging small scale read circuit unit blocks into 2D matrix. CONSTITUTION: An x-ray dynamic imaging apparatus comprises an amplification unit(412) for converting electric charge of a photodiode into a voltage output signal and outputting the converted signal, a comparison unit(413) outputs a comparison output signal by comparing the voltage output signal with the prestored reference voltage value, and an X-ray read circuit including M counters which outputs N bit pixel data through an output bus.
