A mechanical taping device comprises a housing, a housing frame, an eccentric lever for punching, an adjusting screw, a spring, a lifting arm, a tension lever, a ratchet, a latch, a tension toothed roller. A latch at tightening the tape brings in motion the ratchet by means of the tension lever. In the case the ratchet is on the same axle with the toothed roller. The latch is equipped with a lever that allows disengage it from the ratchet, and two latches that maintain the tension of the tape through the ratchet have 23-25 mm long shanks at an angle of 25-27° relative to the working surface of the latch tooth made with possibility, if necessary, by pressing the lever and latch shanks of release of the tape tension. |
