A method for punction access to the intervertebral L-Sdisc wherein the access is made by the punction needle with a length of , smoothly bended with the angle of 50°. The skin puncture is made with a distance of 3- from interspinal interval L-Sto the wing of ilium, and the needle is guided by angle of 20-30° to horizonla plane. When the needle bending starts to touch skin, its distal end is guided to vertical position, and proximal needle end changes its direction to the side of intervertebral disc. |
