METHOD FOR CALCULATION OF SOMATIC CELLS IN SMEAR PREPARATIONS OF RAW COW MILK

摘要

Method for calculation of somatic cells in smear preparations of raw cow milk is in calculation of somatic cells in smear preparations of raw cow milk dyed by Romodanovskyi-Gimza’s method through microscopy of smear preparation. One uses microscope XS 2610 and oculars WF-10 and WF-15 with coefficients for transfer of number of somatic cells calculated in field of vision in 1 cm, 120405 for WF-10 and 324971 for WF-15, respectively.
