Portable hydraulic shears contain a hydraulic cylinder, a fixed cutter with symmetrically located relative to the longitudinal axis of the cutter cutting edge in the form of a concave line connected to rods attached from the opposite side to each other by a beam with a body of hydraulic cylinder fastened thereto, and equipped with guide grooves, in which a knife is installed with possibility of moving hingedly connected to a stock of hydraulic cylinder, and having cutting edges in the form of a concave line arranged symmetrically relative to its longitudinal axis. In the case the rods, beam, body of hydraulic cylinder and fixed cutter are interconnected to form a rigid frame structure. The cutting edge of fixed cutter in the form of a concave line is sharp and made as a blade. The movable cutter is made of two halves tightly interconnected with a gap, with possibility of placing in the latter of the fixed cutter. The cutting edges in the form of a concave line of both halves of movable cutter are made in the form of flat and/or curved surfaces. |
