A method for assessment of knee joint restitution in patients after endoprosthesing comprising the X-ray cinematography in standard projection. The grazing angle is determined for the articular surface of the femur, the angle between the articular surface of the tibia and the articular surface of the knee, the angle at the points of contact between the tibia and femur, the angle of the femur and the articular surface of the knee. The average of the integral of the angle is calculated, the arithmetic mean of integral angle is calculated and by its value the satisfactory recovery of function is determined and conservative treatment is appointed, and poor recovery of the knee joint and reendoprothesing is prescribed. |
