METHOD FOR FORMATION OF BALANCED NON-BINARY SEQUENCES

A method for formation of balanced non-binary sequences relates to automatics and computer engineering for coding, decoding, code transformation and may be used in protective coding equipment and data encryption devices. The method comprises transformation of a data sequence to a non-binary data sequence with constant quantity of non-zero elements using devices of balanced binary and non-binary coding with constant quantity of zero elements. The technical result is the ability to form balanced non-binary sequences that extends field of application.
