PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding label having a reuse preventing function which has two pressure sensitive adhesive layers and can be wound around an object by pressing the pressure sensitive adhesive layers to each other to be bonded together, and which can be prevented from being reused once wound around an object. SOLUTION: At two arbitrary positions on a base material sheet, the areas having the pressure sensitive adhesive layer are made to be pressure sensitive adhesive layer areas. In at least one of the pressure sensitive adhesive layer areas, at least one cutting section having a vertex projecting toward one side of a winding direction of the winding label is formed with a continuous or a discontinuous cutting line.
