PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard capsule or a tablet containing hyaluronic acid and/or a salt thereof that hardly decomposes when heated or placed under acidic conditions and sufficiently exerts physiological effects thereof. SOLUTION: The hard capsule or the tablet contains hyaluronic acid and/or a salt thereof having an average molecular weight of≥200,000 and an average particle size of 10μm or larger but smaller than 50μm.
