PURPOSE: A vibration generating device and a mobile terminal with the same are provided to supply various feelings of vibrations. CONSTITUTION: A vibration generating device(1) comprises an electromagnetic force generating unit(11), a vibrator(12), a transfer member(13), and a spring(14). The electromagnetic force generating unit generates an electromagnetic force by receiving driving power. The vibrator vibrates in a fixed direction by receiving the electromagnetic force and vibrates in different directions according to the frequency of the driving power. A transfer member transfers the vibration of the vibrator to the outside. The spring is installed between the vibrator and the transfer member and includes at least two bending parts.
