PURPOSE: A display device, display system, and software upgrade method thereof are provided to upgrade a software of the other apparatuses by performing a relay server having a network function. CONSTITUTION: Software information about a first apparatus is transmitted to a second apparatus(S103). Software corresponding to the first device is downloaded from the second apparatus by accessing a server based on the transmitted software(S105). The downloaded software is transmitted from the second device to the first device(S113). The software of the first device is upgraded based on the transmitted software.
