PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toggle pressurizing unit which can realize easy control and maintenance, can realize stroke adjustment of a press ram, and can allow a high application pressure without the necessity of increasing the size of the apparatus. SOLUTION: An electric motor 1 is used as a driving source. A rotation driving force by the electric motor 1 is transmitted through a ball screw mechanism 2 and a toggle link 3 to a press ram 4.
