PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering wheel fastening structure which improves the fastened condition (so-called a joint rigidity) of a steering wheel and suppresses the variations in the fastened condition (the joint rigidity). SOLUTION: The steering wheel fastening structure 10 includes a tapered shaft 21 formed at the upper end 14 of a steering shaft 13. A tapered hole 35 of a steering wheel 16 is taper-coupled to the tapered shaft 21 while being fitted to the tapered shaft 21. In the steering wheel fastening structure 10, the tapered angleθ1 of the tapered shaft 21 is set larger than the tapered angleθ2 of the tapered hole 35. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
