INJECTION-MOLDED ARTICLE ACCORDING TO INSERT MOLDING AND METHOD OF PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded article which does not cause wrinkles and warpage when a polycarbonate resin film for insert molding having small elongation and contraction and, at the same time, having heat resistance upon heating and after heat treatment even when heating a polycarbonate resin film for insert molding to a high temperature near the glass transition temperature or more according to a continuous production process is used for the insert molding. SOLUTION: The injection-molded article is provided by such an insert molding that the polycarbonate resin film for insert molding of which the heat elongation and contraction rate when the heating temperature is 160°C satisfies formula (1) 0.3≤STD/SMD≤3, formula (2)-5.0≤STD≤-0.2 and formula (3)-5.0≤SMD≤-0.2 is fitted to the inside of an injection molding mold and a thermoplastic resin is injected and is molded. In the formulae, STDis the heat elongation and contraction rate (%) in the width direction and SMDis the heat elongation and contraction rate (%) in the extrusion direction.
