发明名称 FASTENING STRUCTURE OF COMPOSITE PLATE AND MOLD MATERIAL
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening structure of a composite plate and a mold material which can reduce a component cost by an amount resulting from the non-necessity of using a blind rivet of an exclusive part. SOLUTION: The fastening structure is adapted to fasten the mold material 2 to the composite plate 1 provided with metal sheet materials 5 on both faces of a core material 4 using the blind rivet 3. The blind rivet 3 is driven into the composite plate 1 with the mold material 2 placed on the upper face of the composite plate 1, and then a mandrel is pulled out in an opposite direction with respect to the composite plate 1 to expand the tip of the blind rivet 3 to thereby fasten the mold material 2 to the composite plate 1. The length of the blind rivet 3 is set to a predetermined rivet length longer than an optimum rivet length corresponding to the thickness of the composite plate 1 and the mold material 2. A rivet fastening part where the composite plate 1 and the mold material 2 are fastened using the blind rivet 3 is provided with a spacer 10 of an optimum thickness corresponding to a difference between the optimum rivet length and the predetermined rivet length.
