PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable dental cleaner, simply clearing away interdental dirt and cleaning the surfaces of the teeth instead of doing ordinary tooth brushing using a toothbrush after eating while staying out, and having an excellent feeling of use. SOLUTION: This dental cleaner is formed of bristles 1 obtained by cutting sea and island type combined monofilament with an outside diameter of 1.0-0.3 mm to a length of 40-80 mm. At least one end of the bristle 1 is provided with a core bristle part 2 having a length of 1.0-5.0 mm where the island part is exposed from the sea part of the sea and island type combined monofilament.
