The invention relates to means for conducting electronic transactions in the field of electronic commerce and electronic payments. The system includes the exchange, purchase and giving of prizes under consumer incentive programs (CIPs), and comprises a transaction processing centre (TPC), a database management system (DBMS), and user terminals (UTs). The DBMS and the UTs are connected to the TPC via a communication channel. The DBMS is designed to allow for the recording, deletion, extraction and modification of data clusters and contains a hardware component comprising one or a group of database servers that are interconnected by a communication channel, and a software component comprising at least one database that contains user data clusters, at least one counter for counting prizes of the same type or payment means of the same type, transaction data clusters, a transaction type identifier, and prize data clusters. The technical result is a reduction in the extent of the obligations that incentive program organizers have to users in an automated system.
