PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a thin film type touch screen panel is provided to manufacture a touch screen panel in slim size and light weight by forming a transparent electrode on a glass substrate through a thin film. CONSTITUTION: A metallic film is formed on a glass substrate, and a metal line electrode(120) and log are formed by etching the metal film. A lower transparent electrode(130) uses a first metal mask to be formed on the glass substrate on which the metallic wire electrode and the log are formed. An insulating layer(140) uses a second metal mask to be formed on the lower transparent electrode. An upper transparent electrode(150) uses a third metal mask to be formed on the insulation film. |
