PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior device for a vehicle easily positioning a rotary angle position of a ring retainer in relation to a panel at an aimed angle position and easily fitting the ring retainer to the panel. SOLUTION: A projection 32 for positioning of the ring retainer 30 has substantially the same peripheral direction length as a peripheral direction length of a groove 24 for positioning provided in the panel 20 and is fitted in a groove 24 for positioning to determine the rotary angle position of the ring retainer 30 in relation to the panel 20. Only if the projection 32 is fitted in the groove 24, the rotary angle position of the ring retainer 30 in relation to the panel 20 therefore can be positioned at the aimed angle position. By putting the ring retainer 30 on a shelf part 22 of the panel 20 and rotating the retainer 30 in relation to the panel 20, while being guided by a rising wall 23, the projection 32 can be fitted in the groove 24.
