PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an atraumatic tissue anchor assembly and a method for attaching a tissue anchor to a tissue. SOLUTION: The tissue anchor assembly includes a material of a certain amount adjacent to one surface of the tissue so as to be positioned, an anchor object adjacent to an opposite surface of the tissue so as to be positioned and a fixing member formed to firmly hold the material of the certain amount in the periphery the anchor object so that the tissue is fixed between the material of the certain amount and the anchor object.
