<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately determine whether an article is illegally taken to the outside of a predetermined area, or returned to a cabinet after detecting the article in the predetermined area, in a device for storing and managing the article in a data unreadable cabinet of an inside storage article. <P>SOLUTION: A transmitting-receiving part 12 is arranged on the cabinet 11, and a radio wave reaching a short distance, a middle distance and a long distance by switching from an antenna 17 is sent out to a management area of the cabinet 11, and data of an IC tag 14-j of the article taken out of a box 16-j are received, and when becoming non-receivable thereafter, it is determined as illegal take-out by reception and confirmation in order of a short distance, a middle distance and a long distance before its state. After receiving data of the other IC tag 14-j, when becoming non-receivable thereafter, it is determined as an article return to the box 16-j by confirming that the reception before it is short distance reception. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
