An article comprising an adhesive having an acid number of less than about 5 is provided. The adhesive is selected from the group consisting of polyurea, polyamide, polyurethane, polyester, addition cure silicone and combinations thereof. The adhesive is in contact with a corrosion sensitive layer selected from the group of metal and metal alloys. When the article is conditioned for about 21 days at about 60° C and 90% relative humidity, the corrosion sensitive layer exhibits a change from its initial electrical resistance value of 20% or less. |
