<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ignition coil for an internal combustion engine such that a terminal pin and a high-voltage terminal can be securely connected through a relay terminal. <P>SOLUTION: The ignition coil for the internal combustion engine includes a primary coil and a secondary coil wound around a coil bobbin, an iron core for magnetically coupling the two coils to each other, and an insulating case in which they are stored, and is fixedly held with an insulating synthetic resin charged in the insulating case. The relay terminal is interposed and connected between the terminal pin connected to the secondary coil and the high-voltage terminal as a high-voltage connection terminal, so the terminal pin and high-voltage terminal can be securely connected through the relay terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
