<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washbasin counter capable of illuminating a basin with substantially uniform brightness. <P>SOLUTION: The washbasin counter 1 includes a top board 2 at least a basin 23 portion of which is formed of a translucent material. A lighting system 3 is disposed on the rear surface side of the top board 2, and a reflector 24 is disposed around the basin 23.
