PHASE GRATING USED FOR TAKING X-RAY PHASE CONTRAST IMAGE, IMAGING DEVICE USING THE SAME AND X-RAY COMPUTER TOMOGRAPHY SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase grating of the same size as that which is used for taking X-ray phase contrast images by using a single wavelength by which X-ray phase contrast images can be obtained by using X rays of two wavelengths. SOLUTION: The phase grating is used when X-ray phase contrast images are taken by irradiation of X rays. The phase grating is provided with periodic structures in several directions in the same plane. The periodic structures have periods different from each other.
