METHOD, SYSTEM AND APPARATUS FOR PROCESSING SPAM INFORMATION

A method for processing spam information is provided. The method includes the following steps: the spam information processing requests of the terminal users forwarded by a SPAM server are received (101); the processing requests are sent to a network SPAM mail-box for processing, and the processing result information returned by the network SPAM mail-box according to the processing requests are received (102); and the processing result information is sent to the SPAM server, in order that the SPAM server forwards the processing result information to the terminal users (103). An apparatus and a system for processing spam information are also provided. The spam information processing requests sent by the terminal users are sent to the corresponding mail-boxes by a spam information processing gateway (Mbox Gateway), which makes the corresponding mail-boxes process the spam information according to the processing requests. That the terminal users re-operate the spam information is achieved.
