LENTIVIRAL VECTOR FOR PREPARATION OF IMMUNOTHERAPEUTICAL COMPOSITIONS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lentiviral vector for the preparation of immunotherapeutical compositions.

SOLUTION: The lentiviral vector comprises a retroviral or retroviral-like recombinant vector having the cis-acting central initiation region (cPPT) and the cis-acting termination region (CTS). The lentiviral vector includes a regulatory gene of a defined nucleotide sequence (aimed transgene or sequence) and of retroviral or retroviral-like retrotranscription, expression and viral particle formation, and is capable of inducing or promoting a cell-mediated response, e.g. a CTL (Cytotoxic T Lymphocytes) response or CD4 response, to one or several epitopes encoded by the transgene present in the vector.
