WHITE LIGHT-EMITTING DEVICE, MANUFACTURING METHOD AND APPLICATION OF WHITE LIGHT-EMITTING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a white light-emitting device in which only two kinds of phosphors are used, and to provide a method of manufacturing the device.

SOLUTION: A white light-emitting device 1 is constituted of an ultraviolet (UV) light-emitting diode (LED) chip 101, a first phosphor and a second phosphor. The UV LED chip 101 generates a first radiation; the first phosphor is made of Zn(C3N2H4)2powder and generates a second radiation by being excited by the first radiation; and the second phosphor generates a third radiation by being excited by the first radiation and/or the second radiation. Thereafter, the third radiation generates a white light by being mixed with the first radiation and/or the second radiation.
