PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation structure of a license plate which can reduce the number of part items, simplifying a structure, and easily performing attitude changing operation of the license plate for removing a rear bumper from a vehicle body. SOLUTION: A base bracket 10 is fixed to the vehicle body, and a first bracket 20 is rotatably supported around the horizontal axis O by the base bracket 10, and a resin second bracket 40 is superposed on and fixed to a surface on the vehicle rear side Rr of the first bracket 20. An engaging part for bringing an abutting part 42 into pressure contact with the base bracket 10 by engaging with an engaging object part on the base bracket 10 side, is arranged on a second bracket 40, and the license plate overlaps with the second bracket 40, and the license plate, the second bracket 40 and the first bracket 20 are co-fastened and fixed by a bolt B1 and a nut N, and an opening 60 is set smaller than the license plate.
