PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency heating cooker capable of detecting damage of a tray by using a rotating sensor detecting rotation or turning of antennas. SOLUTION: In the high-frequency heating cooker, the antennas 20b having passage parts 21, 21a through which microwaves supplied from a high-frequency generating device are made to pass and rotated to irradiate the microwaves to inside of a heating chamber and rotation detectors 13a, 13b emitting light to the antennas 20b and receiving the reflected light to detect the rotation of the antennas 20b are provided in a ceiling part and a bottom part of the heating chamber, respectively. The antenna and the rotating detectors in the ceiling part are covered with a light-permeable cover, and the antenna 20b and the rotating detectors 13a, 13b in the bottom part are covered with the light-permeable tray 26. The high-frequency heating cooker includes a means for determining whether or not output of the light receiving part 13b of the bottom part based on the reflected light passed through the passage parts 21, 21a is lower than a predetermined value, and when it is determined that the output is lower than the predetermined value, it is determined that the tray 26 is broken.
