PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress interference with a vehicle structure member, to certainly prevent the leakage of an operating fluid to the outside while suppressing a rise of the inner pressure of a tank body, and to improve an injection workability of the operating fluid. SOLUTION: An operating fluid injection part 11 for injecting the operating fluid is provided at the tank body 8, and a pressure release part 12 for releasing the inner pressure of the tank body 8 is provided at a different position than a projection position of the operating fluid injection part 11. A sealing cap 16 and a pressure release cap 19 are selectively and detachably attached to the operating fluid injection part 11 and the pressure release part 12 before the usable setting and after the usable setting of a reservoir tank 5, respectively.
