摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a foaming resin composite structure with excellent impact resistance. SOLUTION: The working environmental temperature of a cushioning material 50 is 0-60°C, the resin film 53 thereof has tensile strength of 0.6-37 MPa, and has a tensile breakage elongation of 8-2,000% when the film thickness is 500μm. Therefore, even when a load F1 is applied to a surface 51a of the cushioning material 50 and a base material 51 is rapidly deformed as shown in Fig.2(a), a resin film 53 is deformed following the base material 51 and hardly causes breakage, so that the base material is hardly broken as shown in Fig.2(b). As shown in Fig.2(c), even if a load F2 larger than the load F1 is applied and the base material 51 is broken, the resin film 53 is hardly broken, so that the impact by the load F2 can be absorbed by the resin film 53, thereby further increasing impact resistance of the cushion material 50 than before.
