PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clothes drying device including: a plurality of clothespins fitted to a chain or braid material at spaces of 3 cm or more; and hooks fitted to both ends of the chain. SOLUTION: In this clothes drying device, a plurality of clothespins 1 fitted to a clothespin string 4 are provided at an interval of 3 cm or more on the chain 2, and the drying device is hung on a clothes-drying hanger 7 using the hooks 3 fitted to both ends of the chain 2. The chain 2 is hung on the clothes-drying hanger 7 or a clothes-drying pole in vertical or various forms, whereby the washing 5 can be dried even in a space not utilized in the past.
