PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a molded article of bulk-solidifying amorphous alloys, which keeps the high elastic limit after the completion of molding process. SOLUTION: The method for forming the molded article having the high elastic limit includes: a step of preparing a feedstock of bulk-solidifying amorphous alloy having a glass transition point (Tg), a supercooling temperature (Tsc) and a crystallization temperature (Tx) wherein a difference between the Tsc and Tx defines a supercooling temperature range (ΔTsc); a step of heating the feedstock to a molding temperature; and a step of molding the feedstock for a time shorter than the prescribed maximum allowable molding time and at a temperature lower than the maximum molding temperature prescribed in the vicinity of the glass transition temperature of the feedstock, and forming the molded part so as to hold the elastic limit of at least 1.2%, wherein the maximum molding temperature is proportional to the size ofΔTsc, and also, the prescribed allowable molding time is proportional to both of the molding temperature and theΔTSc.
